In a major step towards our goal of operating as an ESG Investment Company from our homeland Switzerland, ESGTI’s Board of Directors and the entire team are pleased to announce the planned listing of ESGTI AG on BX Swiss in Switzerland, scheduled for 01 October 2021.
Our partnership with BX Swiss is a strategic move to support growth and benefit from BX Swiss’ dedicated focus on Small and Midcap and Impact-driven companies. In addition, as a Swiss company we are also particularly pleased to announce a move which brings us back to a country reflecting our heritage and standards.
ESGTI’s last trading day on the Berlin Stock Exchange is scheduled for 30 September 2021. The closing price of that day, converted into Swiss Francs, will represent the opening price on the first trading day in Bern on 01 October 2021.
