Hünenberg, 18.10.2022 – ESGTI AG, together with corporate bodies of ESGTI AG and a number of individuals, have been summoned to a mediation hearing in March 2023 in connection with alleged liability claims under Swiss corporate law. The plaintiffs – two minority shareholders of SynDermix AG, Stans, in which a subsidiary of ESGTI AG holds a majority of shares – are of the opinion that the defendants are responsible for damages allegedly suffered by SynDermix AG. ESGTI AG remains poised with regard to a possible lawsuit.
