The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that on November 9th 2020 ESGTI AG entirely acquired Sky Energy, a Swiss-based energy company that markets and sells alternative energy. Their markets focus on generation via modern wind turbines and Light-ray Solar photovoltaic systems for supply to commercial and residential customers.
Within this Clean Energy pillar, ESGTI has initiated a joint venture with visaVento, one of the leading providers of renewable energy in Eastern Europe and wind and solar farm specialists. This JV supports ESGTI’s goal to support the expansion and integration of clean energy into its investment portfolio.
