New Windfarm JV following partnership with visaVento

On October 22nd 2020, ESGTI AG and visaVento Holding AG initiated a joint venture in relation to the acquisition of a 8MW wind farm in Poland. This marks another major step for ESGTI in their goal to strengthen their Clean Energy investment pillar and builds on the recent acquisition of the CleanTech company Altenergis last month.

In this venture ESGTI is proud to partner with visaVento, one of the leading providers of renewable energy in Eastern Europe and specialists in wind and solar energy. Wind energy has shown its reliability and efficiency across Europe and is now expanding its coverage within the Polish market; identified as one of the key technologies to meet renewable energy goals by 2030.

Tobias Zimmerli, CEO of visaVento, commented “We see this project as an opportunity to start an extended cooperation in the field of wind energy”; a view which is shared by ESGTI in their goal to support the expansion and integration of clean energy into its investment portfolio.
