We are pleased to announce that our 2023 AGM will take place at 10:00am on October 30th at ESGTI’s registered offices in Huenenberg. The official invitation and agenda, registration forms and voting instructions can all be found in our download centre under the General Meetings section.
As previously announced in the EGM of 30th June 2023, we are currently examining the possibility of spinning-off ESG Lifesciences Ltd – alongside its subsidiaries – from the ESGTI Group as an independent group of companies. As we consider this move to be influential on the Group’s valuation and organisational structure, we have asked our auditors to include the details and related valuation change under a subsequent event section within the Audit report. This provides us with an independent viewpoint for the benefit of our due diligence processes and company shareholders.
The result of this additional analysis is that we will publish the associated annual report and audited financial statements for the financial year 2022-April 2023 a few weeks later than planned, via an EGM foreseen to take place in Q4
